Terrible new system. Never used to have a problem before even as a walk-in. Not possible today. Had to make appointment by phone and first available is 7 days out. Unbelievable!!!

Wow, best service ever. Took me at my appointment time. No marks, no bruising, no pain from where she took my blood. Excellent job Rosie!!!!!

I went to Quest in winter park. The man that took my info. And blood work bruised me from the needle where he took blood and that hurt and also they wait time is ridicules no matter you have appointment I had to wait two hours.

My first visit’s tech was so awesome. Second visit, not so much. And on top of the micro aggressions the second time, they also charged me incorrectly even though I let the tech know I have a second insurance and to check if they didn’t run it the first time. Had to call customer service to fix billing issues and was informed they never checked second insurance! I will be reimbursed within 10-12 weeks, but wish I didn’t even have to go through this. Checking out other locations.
