I went to this clinic to have a transvaginal ultrasound. My experience with the ultrasound technician Tami Gonzalez was the most awful medical experience of my entire life. She led me to the room, told me to undress and laydown on the table. She didn’t even introduce herself or explain what I should expect before, during, and after the transvaginal ultrasound. The ultrasound technician shoved the probe in with no warning and moved it around with no consideration for the pain and discomfort she was causing me. Tami was uncommunicative, insensitive, and uninformative the whole time she was doing the transvaginal ultrasound. She really made me feel like I was not a person. Someone being in the medical field, especially in fertility and vaginal care, should be gentle and compassionate to patients. The only reason that I am writing a review is because I don’t want any other person with a uterus to experience the way this technician Tami Gonzalez made me feel, I left the facility in tears.

Dr. Sanchez is an absolutely amazing doctor who has blessed us with the opportunity of being parents to a beautiful baby boy. Dr. Sanchez is kind, patience, knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and full of personality which made things less stressful during the IVF process. I love Florida Fertility Institute. We received wonderful care with Dr. Sanchez and our entire ivf team. He diagnosed a male factor problem in my spouse that our previous Dr. did not. With that and my PCOS is why for 2-3 years we had no luck getting pregnant by ourselves. We started ivf in October and now 5 months later I’m 13 weeks pregnant with our first child. I know everyone’s story/circumstances will be different. I truly believe and trust in Dr. Sanchez’s knowledge in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
