Went in because of a physical ailment. I got there before noon and checked the website to verify they were open and taking walk-ins. Their waiting room was virtually empty but I was told that they had reached their capacity for walk-ins for the day. My understanding is that urgent care if for just that, things that are urgent but not necessarily hospital urgent. So why is an urgent care not taking walk-ins?

Do not come here unless you have an appointment!! They do not care if you are a walk in! All they kept telling me is people with appointments were going to be seen!!! So not a good urgent care walk in!!!!!
