Average service. They forgot sauces and straws. The order was correct besides the extra sauces which were requested. Pricing is average. The wait is average. There's no line most of the time but when there is, the wait can be up to 20 minutes at least in my experience. Quicker than McDonald's.

WHY ARE WE STILL CLOSING THE LOBBIES?? We actually left a DIFFERENT Wendy’s because they closed their lobby. So we drove here, found the lobby was open, ordered our food and sat down. Then they closed their lobby while we were still inside. At 4:15pm on a Saturday. It was the most awkward experience to be dining in the lobby while watching family after family (6 families to be exact… you lost a lot of business) come to the door and be locked out because Wendy’s decided to shut their lobby. It’s so embarrassing to sit there and feel like we lucked out while everyone gets turned away. It’s so wrong. As we were leaving… there were actually people standing in line at the drive thru to try to order because they didn’t come by car and they couldn’t get in the lobby. It’s 2022. Open the lobbies. Or for goodness sakes, put a giant sign on the door so you don’t make people feel stupid for getting out of their car, unloading babies and children and then trying to open a locked door.

The employees here are very kind and the food, more often than not, tastes really good! There are some off days, but I can usually count on getting my money's worth when I come here. The biggest issue for this location is very long wait times. It's awful during dinner and slightly more tolerable during lunch. Tonight, I was in line for about 40 minutes, and during that time four cars were served, while the rest drove off. It's a shame because this Wendy's is one of the better fast food locations in the area, quality-wise, but the wait times are not usually worth it. I understand a lot of places are understaffed right now and this location doesn't seem to be an exception. I hope they can speed up their service times in the future, because I'd love to come here more often. But I also don't usually have 40 minutes to spare, sitting in a drive-thru line.

Went for baked potatoes and chili they were out of potatoes, and the chili was mostly tomato sauce, the meat that was in was quarter sized hamburger patties, we had to take them out and actually cut it up. So bad..
