Dined in, family of six. Not very crowded, but several mistakes in my order. They were pleasant and fixed it, but it slowed us down on our long trip.

Not busy. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks and drink. The sandwich came with no tomato or lettuce on it. They had just cooked it and it smelled funny. By the third bite I realized it tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Tried a very dark mozzarella stick and the cheese inside was hard! Tasted like it was fried in the same old grease. I don't take back food and I usually don't review but I just spent $10 for food that I had to throw in the trash. Burger King needs to hang it up if they can't operate their businesses any better than this!

Literally had to come back twice. Forgot one of my breakfast sandwiches & then gave me burnt biscuits. They weren’t even busy , no rush. I was the only car in the drive thru. When I asked for fresh biscuits the girl (pretty sure the manager) rolled her eyes like it was a huge inconvenience. Normally I just drive the 20 min to the Portland one , guess I’ll continue doing that. I now know why they’re always slow.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Was asked to pull up and wait for food. After about 15 minutes they brought it out. Got back to work, order was wrong. Went back to have it fixed. They fixed. While I was waiting a while on the remake, customer came in and said breakfast potatoes were hard as rocks. Two employees arguing about a lobby order if it had onions on it or not. The customer keeps yelling she WANTS onions. She says “you don’t want me to leave a review on this place today” employees get fired up about it. “I don’t care if she leaves a review!” Another customer waiting to order walks out past me saying “I think I’ll eat somewhere else” wouldn’t recommend eating here with current staff.
