Very friendly, clean, well maintained community of manufactured homes. Purchase home and rent land. Lots of activities with high speed internet, pickle ball coming, shuffleboard, etc Terrific inexpensive place to live on Florida’s west coast

My girlfriend and her parents live here every time I come to see my girlfriend it’s like coming to a vacation place very quiet very beautiful they keep the yards and the property upkeep very well and the people are nice around here I hope I can find a place to live in here myself

It is the best park in the area the fees vary upon location but you won't find another part that is as nice in the area
