Do let go here. Do laundry somewhere else even if it’s across the street from you. Machine set to hot. Water cold. Old. Dirty. No attendant ever on site. Not cared for. Update. Less machines work weekly or the quarter machine doesn’t work after you’ve loaded up the washing machines. Done for good with this place.

Put money in change machine and " out of order " light went on after I did not receive all money I deposited. Left note on door, left messages multiple times, stopped by several times. Not at all interested in returning money. Not surprised at all, most machines have post it notes that say things similar to " only works on low " " out of order " " use cold water only " There are dryer sheets all over the floor. My advice: if you use the dryers, deposit one coin at a time. These machines spin, but more often than not, do not have heat. Eastgate Laundromat on Westmore Meyers road, while out of my way, is much much better- and cleaner

This is by far the worst place ever. Majority of the machine are always broken. How can the township or village of lombard allow such a place to continue to be open? I went there and the washers and dryers are all broken except 4 really the …Wish you have talk to us and resolve any issue you have. We try our best to get the machines fix and it working conditions.
