Meal plans.... group sessions with great personal trainers.... great people that help motivate you I did it twice and the results were great.... overall it is totally worth it

We are working from 7PM to 7AM. Are there any classes from 4-5 PM? It would allow us to go to work ontime. We must clock in at work at 6:40PM. Thank you.
