Service was excellent on the bar side! We enjoyed all the ol' Olive Garden flavors, lots of parmesan cheese, and the Meiomi Pinot Noir was perfect with pasta and never ending breadsticks. Also, it was nice to take home one of the $6 to-go choices for lunch the next day!

I have not eaten there for a year, since this Covid-19 started. I recently went in and bought a gift card for a friend. Everyone was wearing a mask, including myself.

You usually get a free desert.
While I do not know the specific details of your question, an animal is allowed into any public place if the animal (which includes cats) is a service animal. As long as the animal is properly vested and has it's ID, the service animal cannot be refused. If it was not a service animal, I have no justification for having the animal in the restaurant.
Beth I work there. Early bird specials are Mon - Thurs 3-5 pm. As Alan said.
They have been open when I drive by, or stopped. Every day 11pm to at least 9pm. Maybe you went early? They are usually busy at all times.
