This review is long overdue. Primrose Copperfield is absolutely amazing. We recently moved and leaving this school was so hard! This facility is so organized and communication is top notch. Once you walk through the doors, they acknowledge the kids by name and really get to know the families as well. They have a great curriculum. Our now 5 year old has learned so much while in this program. There summer camp is great, again very organized and they have fun and interactive field trips to keep the kids engaged. The teachers are so caring and go above and beyond for the kids. Primrose Copperfield will always have a place in our hearts!

I just can not get enough of this school and can not say enough good things about Miss. Jessica, she is by far the best teacher ever. My son Jackson comes home with all the new things he has learned as Miss. Jessica is always coming up with creative learning. The curriculum at this school is so awesome. The administrative staff is always inviting and are so appreciative of the families and show that appreciation every chance they can. It’s one big family and will be so saddened when my son out grows the school and moves on to grade school.

We absolutely LOVE Primrose Copperfield! From the moment we set foot inside, we had such great feelings about the facility. The director, Mrs Hogenson, is so wonderfully inviting and answered our every question (which we had a lot of, as nervous first time parents). She gave us a tour and spent close to an hour with us, and by time we left, we knew it was the place for us. Our son has been attending since he was 12 weeks, and is now only a few months away from turning 2. He adores every single one of his teachers, and even the staff members who aren’t “in charge” of him know him by name and can always elicit a smile & giggle from him. It gives us such relief to know our son is being cared for and loved on by these wonderful teachers, who are nothing short of angels! The activities and events they plan for the kids are so fun and engaging, and we love seeing our son flourish. The education curriculum is fantastic; they have taught our son so much more than we’d have been able to on our own. His teacher speaks to him in English, Spanish, and ASL, and he can communicate wonderfully. It’s almost daily that he comes home saying or doing something new. In the event of any incidents or medical issues, they are very quick to notify us. I’ve never had any anxiety over my son’s safety while he is there. I even had the privilege to witness a lockdown drill when I did a late drop-off one day, and the staff’s responsiveness to the mock situation impressed me. I work in healthcare and do these sort of drills routinely; given the nature of society, it is always nerve wracking to have to leave your child anywhere. It was reassuring to see that the staff is trained and prepared for these type of scenarios, and just further confirms our trust with the Primrose Copperfield family. We will be sending our son there for as long as possible!

I looked at and toured close to 20 different daycare facilities. I’m a first time mom and I had a lot of anxiety about leaving my baby. From the moment we walked in for our tour, everyone at Primrose Copperfield has been helpful, kind and patient with my husband and I. By the time we left that initial tour, we knew we had found the right daycare for us. Over the past 6 months, our decision has been reaffirmed daily. Everyone who works at Primrose Copperfield takes the time to get to know your child. His teachers are nothing short of amazing angels who are just as invested in my sons development as I am. They celebrate every single milestone with my husband and I. His teachers, as well as front office, have never made me feel bad for asking questions - and I have had a lot of them - or checking in to see how he is doing. They are always happy to check in, give an update and help you feel at ease. At this point, Primrose Copperfield feels more like extended family than just a daycare and as a working mom it means the world to me to be able to drop my son off and not ever worry about how he is being taken care of. Additionally, for all my moms who track feedings and sleep - the app they use to send updates on feedings, bathroom breaks and photo updates is an amazing tool they use that helps me keep updated on what’s going on with my son throughout the day. My son lights up when he sees his teachers and I have no idea what we would have done if we hadn’t found Primrose Copperfield. My husband and I love this daycare and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
Yes, our school has a kindergarten program that utilizes our Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to help prepare children for success in Kindergarten, elementary school, and beyond. Small group lessons offer greater individual attention and our extended hours help support working parents with all-day care.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
