Really nice food and ice cream. A little expensive especially since they got rid of all their soft served ice cream and just scoop it. They also have a small selection of flavors now to choose from.

I was very disappointed about the fact that the soft serve was removed and replaced by a very slim selection off only scoopable cones. I was surprised when we showed up at the lack of business. I wasn't surprised anymore once I saw what happened to their ice cream. What used to be my family's favorite spot in the summer to go is now not this place. We'll have to go somewhere else for our ice cream outings from now on sadly.

Extremely overrated and mediocre. My 1st visit , spring21 they had soft serve ice cream , summer 21 hard ice cream 👎🏽. Ordered a chili cheese dog , they put nacho cheese on top, just gross and lazy . PUTZ on the west side of Cincinnati is worth the drive .

I'm really not to sure what to think of this establishment. I'm not originally from Hamilton Ohio, perhaps that's why I just don't get it.. I'm not a fan nor do I recommend it. Strange hours and strange customer service. I've rated it so highly because towns people rave about it. The pull pork sandwich is no bigger than a roll and has more fat and bone than actual meat. The milk shake I drank had only what I truly hoped was paper? from a paper napkin, maybe ... It turned my stomach. I'm good and I'll pass on Sweden Creme.
