As far as apartments go, it's a decent spot. Some say a bit pricey but overall it's ok. If you have no issues during your stay it's nice. But if you are trying to get something done it's a bit of a headache as far as maintenance or getting any service accomplished. There's seems to be no solid system in place for anomaliesThank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. Overall, my experience with 3949 Apartments has been pleasant. The only things I would change is the timeliness of the office getting back about things and the cleanliness of the grounds of the building. I enjoy the size of the apartment and it's setup as well as the amenities the complex has to offer.Thank you for your review, Alex! Do not live here! Management will find ways to charge you things. The construction around the apartment go on forever. If you forget your keys at 6:01 you will be charged 25. It Require complicate renter’s insurance. They fine yo outrageous rate for apartment you move out of, have fun getting your deposits back because you aren't getting any back. And for any international Chinese student: 别住这，这的房子就是个💩！
