I don't know what it is about Chipotle and extra cheese but geeze how hard is it to put more cheese in a bowl?!?! This order was just regular bowl... Nothing special except extra cheese. I got very little cheese, very little chicken, very little sauce, normal amount of rice and the most guacamole I have ever seen! Don't get me wrong I love guacamole but it was so salty I couldn't eat it. This one is in front of Bass Pro Shop in Fairfield. I wish I had taken a picture of it! Can't eat in there anymore just order and pick up our get door dash to deliver.

So this chipotle is regularly slammed during lunch hours, seems like they have a hard time keeping people. One time I went and you could only order online- 45 min wait! So no chipotle that day. The staff they do have are good people who work hard and make good food. For some reason no one can explain, this chipotle will not sell alcohol which is on the menu and a huge bummer to me because there's nothing like a corona light on a Friday lunch break to sail you into the weekend. I have a suspicion the local companies begged chipotle not to sell alcohol so there workers stay depressed during lunch, that or the owner is an prohibitionist christian

I would not recommending ordering online. Food taste good but I barely got any. My bowl was half as full as it would have been if I had just waited in line and ordered in store. I even ordered double meat. Very disappointing.

I ordered online around 6:00. It said pick up was at 6:15. I arrived at 6:20 because my last 2 orders had been a few minutes late. Well I sat there till 6:24 when an employee asked for my name. After telling her, she went back, shuffled around some receipts and they started making my food. I try to be pretty diligent about COVID precautions and that is why I want to do online order but I just sat in a chipotle for 15 minutes. Also the burrito was tiny. They really skimped on the portions as they rushed my order.
