Love the coffee. Line was back up into the road. So I parked and tried to go in. Small note on fire stating low staff lobby closed. Got in line and then at window counted over 6 people working. How many does it take to open for the counter?

I would call another location like Westfield and ask them. I know thst the Carmel location had to be rebuilt from the ground up due to a horrific manager. Carmel is a bad location due to staff.
