Had a flat on a Sunday. These guys were great!!!🎉😊👍 Flat not repairable & they got me in a new tire and on my way. Craig was quick on a busy day. Even stayed alittle after just to get my tire on. I had a very stressful Hit and Run on my parked car, and these people came through absolutely clutch to get my car fixed. Paul was the absolute Salesman of the Year in getting everything finalized and dealt with and working with me through the entire situation. The other two employees I dealt with, Lulu and Craig, were also great. Nobody in that store once tried to sell me something I didn't need or try to pass off a "good enough" repair on anything. In all honesty, I have never seen staff that seemed to care as much about actually doing their jobs properly as I saw here. This specific Pep Boys location I would recommend to ANYONE and they have gained my business for any Oil Changes, future problems, new tires, ect that I need for as long as I live in the area. I am incredibly appreciative of the service I received here.
