Never had problem until this last phone. This is my 4th or 5th phone from them & have had no problems with them at all until this one. Went in 4 times about it in the first month about it not working as good as my old phones. The forth time I was told it was an out dated phone they don't even sell anymore. I highly doubt anyone has ever walked in a phone store & said I want a phone not as good as the ones I bought here before for around the same price! But that is what I got sold to me & now I'm stuck with. I have never complained about a phone I bought until this one & have never been more disappointed about one.

Outstanding service! I talked to Anthony on the phone before going into the store and he prepared me for exactly what was needed to switch a phone from Verizon to Boost. Boost is unbelievably more affordable, big selection of phones and plans, and a great staff. Anthony was so helpful. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and I didn't rushed at all. He helped pick out the perfect phone and got accessories and good deals. I would go there again. It's a very nice store with a great staff! I wish I could give 10 stars!
