Driver of big bus 150 apparently doesn't understand the rules of safety and unloading. On 3/25/22 She stops on Reinesance in Williamsville NY. has her ambers flashing as I passing her very slowly. The driver sees me on the road already next to her bus puts on her reds as I'm right next to her bus.. Let's the student off and uses the hand signal however the student is crossing the entire road. The student doesn't understand how to cross now because my car is blocking her ability to cross clearly. In other words she'll go into my door. The driver should have put on her reds sooner. She saw me coming down the road. That was an inappropriate cross for that student and a safety hazard. Apparently drivers at this location even after working there for several years still don't understand or know how to properly cross students. Shame on this bus company. You need to do better. Or get drivers that know.what their doing.
