Erika was amazing. She took her time with my son, explained what she was doing, and had some incredible patience with him. She had to put 2 stiches in his head, and she definitely has my vote. If he ever gets injured again I will be looking for her.

Short wait time even though several cars in parking lot. ( 3rd time I’ve used this place, every time has been phenomenal. ) waited in my car until they texted and the nurse met me at the interior door when I walked in. Nurse was very sweet and nice and clear. The NP (Erika) that I saw listened to me ramble on for like ten to fifteen minutes about my issue(s) and when I apologized afterwards she said oh no that’s fine! I need as much info as I can get! Then she was able to quickly eliminate what I thought I had going on (in my head I’m basically a dr LOL) and make a diagnostic plan to go forward and figure out what’s going on. Extremely professional while building amazing trust and rapport. I cannot tell you how amazing it feels to actually SEE medical professionals listening. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a doctors office with zero answers but comfortable with and confident in the plan. *also I’m hearing impaired with hearing aids and couldn’t wear them due to the issue I had being with my inner ears. They were so accommodating. In a world of masks, muffled voices, and blank stares, this was a refreshing experience.*
