The car went in for a free estimate I walk in after I am done work after they are only supposed to be looking at the car I have $300.00 of work done to my car that I did not tell them to do and they are taking a part of my car and doing work that the car was not even there for . Then I try to talk to the guy and he is very rude and says we are a transmission shop we know what we are doing and doesn’t listen to anything I have to say. I will never tell anyone to take their car there. Because they made it clear that they didn’t know what they were doing to the car.

I have had several oil changes at this AAMCO. The staff has always been polite, friendly, and work with me to get the appt time that works best for my schedule. I am considering using them for inspections as well!

Engine light test machine need down load all good info on what we need to know. Before repair. Manager may not have good knowledge of repairs and unnecessary fees...

3 weeks still waiting, no good information about when it'll be done. Each call is "maybe in a day or two" but each day comes and it's still the same "maybe in a day or two". When pressed the guy actually offered to tell me it'll be another week so he could under commit and over deliver. I kid you not. 2 stars because at least they answer the phone with a live body. - FYI we are splitting the cost of repair with the car dealership and have a call into him about how to proceed. No one from the dealership has been in touch and no one from Aamco has proactively called us. Only replied. I shouldn't have to get cranky to get a response to a timeline we still do not have. And no one has said parts arent' even it yet if that is what I'm reading in your reply. We have zero actual information on status.
