I can't find any rebate for it online. Typically they are available only at the store. If you bought it, you can still go to the customer service desk and ask for one.
Actually, Premier Gourmet gift cards can only be used at Premier Gourmet. Our store is owned and operated independently from the wine stores (which are also independently owned and operated). We do have quite a variety of things to spend your gift card on, though!
