I will never shop at Home Depot again. First, we visited to find an adapter we needed 20 minutes until close. After asking 4 people for help, we still received no help and could not find what we were looking for (something we desperately needed and stupidly chose their store). Then we stupidly bought a dishwasher from them, which they could not install. I called to get a refund for that part of the purchase. They said they refunded the money. They did not. I'm still waiting to see if the second request will go through. As of now, they have stolen $195.27 from us. Then, I drove to the store to return the parts they made us buy that we did not need. They gave me a receipt showing a refund of $36.77. On my credit card that refund shows as $36.76. It's only a penny, but it's my penny and they cannot have it. Do not shop here! This is fraud, and they will steal from you. Monitor your credit card carefully if you have been foolish enough, like we were, to shop there.

Merchandising manager Millie that comes during the evening is very rude and makes customers feel like they are constantly being watched. I have noticed her constantly micromanage her employees as well as criticizing every minor thing they do I have also found her staring at me through another aisle like she’s staring into my soul. That’s definitely not the way a manager should run a store or treat their employees.

They do have more commercial stuff. Hard to find staff. An hour apparently they have a new return policy even though I have a Commercal account. That stores my receipts. I was told I had to have the paper receipts to do returns. Ashley I think they were just too lazy to make the effort to look them up.
