Was driving a cmv I bought personally from Houston to Alaska And got stopped here. Lady with authority told me I only had 72 hours to get the truck to where I needed to go due to some buying laws. Then was told I wasn’t compliant with hours of service logs. How am I supposed to get a vehicle from Houston to Alaska with a logbook and get there in 72 hours? It sounded like they were just looking to get revenue for the state. While I was there they saw a truck they were familiar with going across the scales with a propane tank in the passenger seat. Can I argue with them? Nope. Cause they can tack on more fines to my ticket. But a guy they know can travel down the road with a bomb in his front seat and they are cool with it. Next time I’ll take my time and travel around the state and spend my money somewhere else.

When broken down on the side of the road, Sage Junction is a site for sore eyes. With raving amenities such as two stalls in the women's restroom, what's not love? They boast the finest in Pepsi products, various snacks including Gardettos, chocolate bars and cookies. Buyer beware: the machine does not give change for twenty dollar bills, so you may end up buying an 8 dollar soda. Also, the price of sugar wafers is a bit steep $2 for 10 wafers. Overall, an amazing 5 hour experience.
