Witnessed one of the front desk staff be extremely rude to an elderly Hispanic man. He came in for an appointment and was told he needed to check in using the kiosk. The man was trying to explain to the staff member that he could not speak English. The staff member replied with "Okay well you need to learn." I was shocked. Extremely disgusting and rude!

My doctor sent my prescription online and i came in and they said they do not have access to that. I had my doctor fax my prescription over and came back another morning. I checked in and asked them if they received the fax, they stated they will check once it is my turn. I checked in at 8:30am. At 10am i told the girl there are people that came after me entering and she stated sorry we put you as complete. You will be next now have a seat. I then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. So be aware of a 2 hour wait.
