I’ve been to a few computer repair shops and I have to say don’t let others reviews discourage you from going here go in for yourself I have a very hard time trusting anyone to do any work for me so i usually try and do it myself but this one i needed help with so i took my laptop in and let me tell you best service ! the man who attended me very honest I would come back without a doubt also the price is reasonable keep in mind everyone’s time counts so for those who complain about the price be reasonable - Thank you Honesty keeps customers returning and there is no price for that

Accidentally dropped my laptop, and the power button was not working. In less than an hour they fixed it!

Questions & Answers

Are you able to upgrade my PC parts for me if I buy the upgraded components myself (graphics card, power supply, mother board and processor)? For a service fee, of course. I am just too clumsy to do a good job myself.

We can build the computer for you even if you purchased the parts somewhere else. This is a service that we provide often.

We do pick up and deliveries for free here in the Bakersfield area.

I have a question for the owner: What kind of training do you expect from your employees? I only ask because I'm a bit curious about a job; whether it be from the online end of things, or in the shop?

Because we offer different levels of support to our customers, our technicians have different levels of training and experience. Certifications from trade schools, colleges or universities are always a plus. Ultimately, every technician will go through additional training to ensure they perform and meet our high expectations.
