We have been searching to buy a grand piano for a couple of months and have visited several piano stores in south bay but could not find the right one. We almost gave up until we visited this store. Gloria was very polite and nice to show us the various options. Dave the store owner is super knowledgable and I learned a lot about piano. They were not pushy at all, but rather educate us on the pro and cons, a true consultative sales process. The price was also very competitive. In the end we bought a brand new Schimmel Grand and my daughter loves it and enjoyed playing it every day. We are very happy with the whole process, and would highly recommend Colton Piano without any hesitation.

Outstanding customer service. I usually don't write reviews, but my visit was unforgettable. You can tell how much passion Dave and Gloria have for music. Dave was very informative throughout the entire visit and this piano gallery is the best you can get. I don't think I would've had as good of a visit elsewhere. I knew exactly what I was paying for and I am 100% sure I got my money's worth. He knows what he is talking about, and none of it is just a sales pitch. I came in uneducated, and came out with a ton of knowledge. Gloria was also very kind, it was overall an unforgettable experience and I know for a fact that I will be back.

They have good collection of pianos. Digital and acoustic ones. Staff (Gregg) was very friendly and understanding. No pressure from their side to buy anything. Good service. Will think of this place when I am in need of a piano.

We are extremely Covid Compliant and Certified Covid Compliant in Santa Clara County. We limit the number of customers in the showroom so it best to make an appointment in order to prevent having to wait. We will take your temperature with a no touch infrared thermometer upon entering. We have hand sanitizer in no touch dispensers at the entrance and throughout the showroom, and we keep social distancing. We constantly sanitize and clean the showroom, as well as all the keys on the pianos. We are currently closed on Tuesday and Wednesday to deep clean the showroom. You should feel very comfortable and safe. If you would like to make an appointment please call 408 986-9900 during business hours, and we will be happy to accommodate you. Sorry, we specialize in Roland because the patented modeling technology is the most organic of any brand of digital piano. Stop by and test one before you pull the trigger.
