As for me traveling from Modesto to Manteca, there should be a 30 minute frequency between routes. Everytime I arrive on the MAX commuter express, I can only get Route 1 if I'm lucky. Today, I just saw Route 1 leave as I got off my bus from Modesto. Now I have to wait here a good hour or more to catch the next one.
