Our waitress was the best lol she held our party down with ease! We came in with a party of 12 or so & it wasn't any problem, wish I would've gotten her name. She's very quirky yet attentive and relatable. They have a jukebox here that allowed me to download an app to control the music for the night. 100/10

If I could rate this establishment 0 stars I would. My friend and I went here to dinner tonight and were completely embarrassed. We were asked to present our licenses, which we did, and the waitress told my friend that hers wasn’t valid. Her license is not fake, it’s a real license. Would not provide any reasoning as to why they would not take it. Spoke to the manager who also did not explain why they would not take the valid form of identification. Someone dropped off our pop orders and we were then ignored the rest of the night. I tried to make eye contact with the waitress, but she was avoiding our table like we had the Black Plague. She only came to the table when I put my debit card down to pay for the pop we ordered. We waited for any kind of service for 20 minutes and were left disappointed. I’m also not sure why I wasn’t served my alcoholic drink since my license was never questioned. The customer service here is terrible, I will never dine at this bdubs ever again. I’ll take my business to the location in Rochester.

I'm going to preface this review by saying that I have been coming to this store every Thursday for the better part of 14 years. I've been through quite a few changes between the staff, pricing, food quality, ect over the past 14 years. Yesterday I visited this location with a few friends and received the worst wings I've ever tasted. They were severely over cooked. They tasted as if they had been at the bottom of the fryer for years. I spoke with the manager and his response was "That's just how they've been coming out. I can have them remade but they'll be the same". I couldn't even muster the words needed to respond to this. He then came back to our table seeing that none of us had touched our food and offered a 50% discount. While that was a nice gesture I wasn't happy paying anything for food that was so bad no one in our party could eat it. Needless to say my 14 year run with the Washington Twp BDubs is now over.

Was served raw chicken - bit into the one on the right and couldn't chew it, plus it was slimy. When I went to show my husband he said it smelled bad too
