We went in with our kids and ran into an acquaintance while ordering. We were the only 2 patrons in there at the time and the owner yelled at us for stand by the door and then told us where to stand as if we were in trouble. As other customers entered she kept yelling at everyone causing a lot of tension in the air. I even overheard someone say, "the owner is really high strung". To make it worse, we got home to find our chocolate cake wasn't in our bag. It wasn't even busy for the amount of stress the employees were under and to completely forget some of our order. The cafe is designed wrong for a line and because of this the door gets blocked and the lady yells the whole time. It was our first time and our last, but if you go in, make sure you line up right or you'll get yelled at.

First time trying out Main's Treat Coffeehouse. I had a 12oz hot latte with mocha and it was so delicious. Definitely a lot more flavor and quality in the beverages at this establishment.

My two daughters and I went there today to get a latte and a hot cocoa. We asked kindly for some ice and a different cup since the cocoa was too hot for my daughters 19 month old to drink. We were treated very rude by one of the younger baristas. She was short with us and gave us a dirty look. It was not a nice experience. The coffees were lukewarm and very pricey.

Nice little place. Had coffee to go but first time dining in. Split an Italian sandwich and strawberry / cheese muffin with my wife. Very good.
