Dirty Martini πΈ on point and served in a throw back prohibition glass Appetizers; Charcuterie board was enjoyable, first time having pickled apricots Smoked Salmon Dip - DELICIOUS - I asked for some tomatoes with it Vegan corn tamales outstanding Entrees; 1.Black & Blue Salmon salad with blue cheese and blue cheese dressing. I love blue cheese but the combo of the blue cheese crumbles with blue cheese dressing, overpowered the salmon. The blacked salmon was cooked perfectly but I ended up just eating it plan. If you order this, I would ask for a vinegrette instead. 2. Pork Chop with Mushroom Bread Pudding - WON the best dinner that night. Holy smokes was that mushroom bread pudding good. 3. Marinated chicken and veggies, both items cooked just right and tasty 4. Burmese red pork, the flavors dance and are just the right combo of spice/smoke while the pickled radishes enhance the flavors Wine selection could have been much better Service, pretty good did have to remind of a couple things Desserts were all okay. Skip the flan and go for the brownie, which you can get with ice cream All in all - place was great and seems to consistently put out delicious meals.

Food was delicious! My friend had the ramen bowl, her first step outside of packaged noodles and she will be back for more. I indulged in a trifecta of pregnancy cravings - fries were crispy and perfect and the aoili was fire. Brussels were cooked so well - crispy outsides, soft insides, yummy balsamic glaze on top. And the belly of the beast - so so good. I wish there was more gojuchang but otherwise the pickled veggies, pork and noodles were so wonderful! Cannot wait to return for brunch sometime! Our server was ok - he was busy and didn't refill our drinks but otherwise adequate. The food really shined!

I know, I didnβt have to do it, but I did. Itβs my one celebration meal per week and I am going in. Itβs started with the Nutty Professor. It had those magic words Frangelico, a liquor I discovered on vacation last week. I am a vacation drinker and would be considered a super lightweight so I had to take my time. But it was the perfect drink to compliment the French toast with apples and a maple glass, hash cakes, bacon, and eggs. Yes it was just me and I did my best to eat it all. The atmosphere was a comfortable rustic industrial with friendly and attentive staff.

Atmosphere & Service were excellent but the food was Extraordinarily Excellent!! We had a group of 5 and every single entre ordered looked amazing and tasted even better. 1 person in our group has traveled the U.S. and said 600 Kitchen and Bar is their top choice in the Kalamazoo area.

Yes 600 has a kids menu. Typical items, noodles, cheeseburger, chicken breast etc. And fun activities with crayons. ;)
Masks, sanitizer on the tables, touches menus, reduced capacity
