Service is sub par, tried to send Amazon package back machine was down. Had bad service there roughly 3 months ago.... Tried to give it another chance disappointed again. Much better service at UPS store on Gonzales. Don't waste your time at CI store 👎

Helpful staff, but often very busy. Notary came out to my car once to notarize a document I needed when it would have been difficult for me to come inside because of an injury. The worst part of this location is the parking lot -- especially around the lunch hour!!

$3.29 to print one single usps label and tape it to a package i already packed. I should have gone to walgreens first. Update: for future packages, I went to fedex to print labels at $0.15 a page. Look there.
