First time because I've always wanted to try lobster. Got a lobster main dinner for 2 which also had steaks and other sides. Never had lobster but wasn't too impressed with it but not big on all types of seafood. Steak was above average and my fiances was a little over cooked to well done which only was supposed to be for mine. The biscuits we thought we very good and I'm not big on biscuits. Staff was great and sent me with extra biscuits and a drink to go since i never got any refills even tho he asked if i needed one about 3 times while eating.

Server was fantastic tonight even though short staffed. His name was Carl. And I believe the assistant manager (she said she'd been there for 25 years) let us pose with the lobsters!

The service here was great. I do think the food was good but would prefer the Grandville location. For some reason the food was better over there. I ordered the snow crab legs. They come with 2 sides and of course those lovely cheddar bay biscuitsCocoa - We're so glad you had a great seafood experience at our Red Lobster restaurant! 🦞 We hope you join us soon!

Not sure when it started but I believe that it lasts at least 2 or 3 weeks.
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
