The guy working was dressed very colorful, but his personality was not. Extremely rude and not very helpful. The drink was good but I definitely won’t be spending any money there with an attitude like that working.

Sorry, not a good experience. Very rude customer service! Waited patiently for twenty minutes to order, standing at the counter (no line, just the two of us!) and was finally approached by the person working. Was told I was supposed to “ring the bell” when I was ready. When I suggested she should move the bell outside on the counter for more visibility, again was told, “no one else has a problem seeing it!” Asked for light ice, 50% sweetness, had three ice chips and very sweet. Is there a happy medium between a full glass of ice and three chips? Drink was just okay, certainly not the treat you would expect for almost $9.00. Hardly any boba, lukewarm and out of the first choice, of course. I’d rather drive to Kenwood than visit this location again. Two thumbs down from these two gals!

for my taste it is too sweet and the bobas are a bit hard...next time I will lose if they make it less sweet...

So first of all, want to start out by saying literally the best Boba tea drink I’ve ever had. With that being said, I am so sick and tired of driving all the way here just to find out that they’re closed despite their website saying they’re open. There is literally a Post-it note on the front door that says closed. This has happened at least three times in the last six months. Completely unreliable. Is this a part-time business?? Ughhh so frustrating. They’ve lost my business, I’m done with it.
