They did good at finding the problem with my engine after making an appointment 2 and a 1/2 weeks ahead of time. They chose not to accept the job because my car needs a new engine it would have been great if I had somewhere else to take . I attempted to drive at home and had to stop and call a towing service to get it home. Now still trying to get repair might have it towed to Bakersfield.

Some of the factory sponsored extended warranties only allow selling dealers to do the work. We need the service contract to look into it. We do charge $25 to facilitate the paperwork. We accept payment generally from them directly, and charge you the deductible along with whatever they don’t pay.
