Out of a dine in order with 2 meals, 1 sandwich was made wrong, even though we know we ordered the sandwich correctly on how my husband wanted it made. Considering his allergies and how picky he is, TRUST ME, IT IS THE SAME AT EVERY RESTAURANT, WETHER FAST FOOD OR NOT, HE ALWAYS ORDERS EXACTLY THE SAME. DAVES DOUBLE HAMBURGER KETCHUP ONLY. "Double HAMburger, KETCHUP ONLY", Bun, meat & ketchup, seems simple enough, but they just can't get that a HAMburger HAS NO CHEESE... So by the time he gets his sandwich I've done completed my meal and his fries and his coffee was cold by the time he received the sandwich made correctly. The worst part though was when the employee in the back tried to argue the fact that we did not order it with no cheese my husband's ordered his sandwich is the same way for 60 years so I feel pretty certain he said hamburger and not cheeseburger

Food was okay but the employees don't know their own deals and prices. Overcharged us on a meal for no reason.

Customer service was outstanding. Spoke clearly at Drive thru and double checked that our order was correct. Spot on! Way to go crew at 130pm!

The BEST Wendy's I've experienced... EVER?!?! I ordered a number 1 in the drive-thru. Pulled up to the first window. The guy who took my card was super chill, like someone I'd want to go bowling with. Pulled up to the second window to get my food, which was ready as soon as I got there. Gentleman (with manager vibes) handed me my drink, then food in a neatly folded bag. I asked for ketchup, he said it was already in the bag. I thought to myself, "Yeah right, like one packet?" Well, there was the perfect number of ketchup packets in the bag for my meal, INCLUDING a salt and pepper packet. The fries were perfect. The Dave's Single w/ cheese was perfectly proportioned; no double-stacked pickles, just the right amount of condiments, etc. I'm serious, this was the best meal from any Wendy's I've ever had. It's too bad I live at the opposite end of 275. Next time I'm in the area, THIS IS WHERE I WILL GO FOR LUNCH!!!
