Waited and waited for acknowledgement at drivethru, asked for wings, told they were hot wings, changed order to 3 piece combo all white meat...given 3 shriveled up, over cooked TINY wings and they failed to give me a spark, guess people eat mashed potatoes with their fingers

Took forever to get food, and they complained that they had to cook the food. And the manager would rather eat snacks and play on her phone than to help speed things along. And the chicken wasn't even that good, the breading kept falling off of the meat.

To have to see someone pull up beside me 10min after I had already been sitting there waiting on my order for at least 10min...and they get their food before me!?!? And I walk in to get a refund and my food still had to be made...after 20min? This ain't rocket science, but yet this job is to hard for the people there. Don't waste your money and most of all your time.
