Friendly stuff..job get done pretty fast. Only problem I found sometimes quick automated wash not washing the car properly. But if you inform to the staff they may run you car again.

Took my SUV here and for past 3 washes I see the top doesn't get cleaned at all. I asked the the rep and didn't get an answer if the machine cleans the top. Vacuum and friendly rep is positive. Please fix this as I will give another chance.

I'm giving it four out of five stars only because I didn't do the upgraded wash but let me tell you for $8 Express Wash this place is a steal! Quick drive-thru, friendly and courteous staff and I was surprised to see so many people working. I will definitely be back.

I think it's just authorization amount. Normally you should receive it back in 2-3 business days depending on business type.
