I'm so glad my grandparents chose Hawthorn Lakes! The staff truly cares for the residents and it shows. There are so many fun activities and the food is great! Highly recommend.

Brookdale Hawthorne Lakes is a very nice place to live. My grandma likes it a lot. The atmosphere is very positive and the employees are super helpful. The environment is awesome too. It’s very cozy, there are always fun things for the residents to do and experience. There is also a library!

My question is why does a senior living Healthcare facility run out of light bulbs. I have asked for two weeks to have 3 light bulbs changed in my mother-in-law bathroom which this facility is responsible. These are senior citizens come on
