How can attorneys, (especially Faye Riva that said she sits on Employment Commitee at Federal Court) not know that Section 1983 is required to seek and possibly get relief from a governmental Defendant in a racia discrimination Section 1981 lawsuit, being not a particular person, but a state actor. That's how this lawfirm being a legal consultant for me on a case against City of Philadelphia, messed up million dollars' case intentionally and willfully, in an apparent collision with the Defendant. That's my opinion after analyzing how they've been taking consultancy money from me, but recently found out they've actually been working against me since 2020.
