You are so right on that.....I literally will need to go to the store to ask a question. It's ridiculous....called 1 department and the operator several times and no-one answered and I let it ring for at least 5 minutes.

Yes, the Skillman location in Dallas is closing. I just recieved an email today advertising the clearance that there doing now to empty the store. There even selling the fixtures. On the Penny's website there is a link to click that tell you what locations will be permanently closing
