This place used to be good but now it literally stinks. It is dirty and unorganized in there and it literally smells like feet. Totally unacceptable, they could use a broom and some fabreze in this place. And yes those things you see in the pictures are dead bugs all over the place.

Daniel Parham of the Bryant Irvin location gave stellar customer service. I called with questions concerning the verbiage on a package I was tracking and he educated me during our call. The next day, at his own will he took the initiative to find my number, give me a call and inform me that my package had arrived. It was a very important business package for me and that obviously mattered to him as well. Thank you again Daniel Parham for your excellent customer service. I have something for you!

Daniel was RUDE, LAUGHED & couldn’t be bothered to help me when I advised the computer was down. Daniel threw his hands up in the air, he stated ‘well we’re up & running here.’ I went back to retry the computer, again it was down. When I went back to the front counter and Carson asked is anyone helping us? I replied, no & explained how unprofessional & rude Daniel was. Then Daniel yelled out, ‘I already told you we’re fine & up & running back here!’ Then Daniel LAUGHED when I mentioned I will be complaining about his awful attitude & rudeness! Thank goodness Carson helped & was very nice & patient & professional. Daniel needs training on how to speak to customers & in customer service which he knows nothing about! I’m disgusted in this Daniel acting like he is 10 years old & just had his train set taken from him. I am in my 50’s & a professional business woman I have never experienced such rudeness when his job is customer service.

Yes they do. There is a limit on how large, usually about 36" or 42" on the short edge of the original. Larger scanning is possible but is sent to another store and takes longer. Bring a USB drive, they will not email you your file. Prices vary depending on specifics.
