Great little gym. Perfect for your everyday workout. Not recommended for heavy heavy training.

Has most machines you'd need. I don't use them but has a full power rack and plenty of weights. There's a brand new Leg Press machine installed today. March 1st 2022

Id like to join but it would be my very first time in a gym! Would there be someone there to show me where to start? How to run machines, etc? Also, what is the cost of starting a membership?

My husband & I joined last August. At that time membership was $30 each plus a few $ admin. We were given a tour of the whole gym & each piece of equipment was demonstrated for us. We have continued our membership & are now also enjoying time with a personal trainer at additional $. All in all we think it is very much worth time & money for overall betterment.
