My family, my sister and my parents have been going to this Vet for over 20 years. Since Dr Carstens left, this place is all about the money. I have a 14 yoa Cocker Spaniel with bad ears where he was recently seen in January 2022. When we called to refill his ear medicine, they informed us we would have to bring him in for a visit before they would refill the prescription. Are you serious? He's had bad ears for years.... Now you want us to pay another office visit before you will fill this? This place is a joke... Look at all your recent reviews as you're losing clients left and right. All of my family have moved on from this place and you should do the same!

Jace was not happy about getting teeth pulled but he was well cared for and is happy now that he can eat!

This place should not have been able to keep the same name after Dr Carstens left. Very misleading!!! My senior dog is in the very last few days of her life. She just needed a refill of her rimadyl pain meds. They even have a rimadyl ad in the room but the “dr” said they dont carry it and wanted me to pay hundreds for blood work for a different and much more expensive pain medicine. The “dr” even admitted that at this point we just need to keep her comfortable. So why do we need to do intensive blood work?? For money, thats why. All this place cares about now is money! If Im lucky my dog only has a few months left, maybe weeks, possibly even just days 💔💔💔 So disappointed!!! If you are expecting the same awesome service you got from Dr Carstens you wont get it here anymore. Complete BS!

Sad to see that the new ownership has changed from what was a wonderful vet experience to something more like a used car sales. Now I feel there is a constant up-sale and pressure to perform (and pay over $400) for unneeded procedures/treatments. We love our pets but we are not one who pushes them around in a stroller or dresses them up in outfits. Maybe this new vet is catering to those type of pet owners. Sad to say but Willow Rock has been our vet of choice for almost 20 years and we are going to looking for a new one.

No they do not
It's in the same shopping center as the floor and tile place and jack in the box. If you get off 65 it will be on right side past fairway.
Yes. I was there two days ago and paid with a MasterCard. If you haven't been there... Here is my review: Since Loomis Basin was sold to VCA years ago now, I've been searching for a good vet.... I'm very thankful, my dogs are fortunate, to have found Dr. Carstens and his staff. Knowledgeable, caring... thoughtful, having five dogs now, I'm thrilled to have found them!
They are always accommodating when they can. Closes at noon on Wednesdays, Saturday AM 1/2 day. All by appointment, only emergencies supersede.
I am a Maps Guide. You would have to call their office for price quotes.
I called and spoke with them this morning to re-order medications, so they aren't closed.
Call early tomorrow morning and get advice with the friendly staff!...so sorry to hear this! 9166309234
