Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable staff with great products. I love their "self service" baths to bring in my dogs for getting completely washed and they provide everything needed to get the job done. They also have a phenomenal dog groomer who has been the best I've ever seen and she takes great care with new and rescue dogs who've had limited to no prior grooming experience. The staff genuinely loves when you bring your pets in, promptly offers to help take items out to your car, and stands behind their products. They have my business for life.

Our team has always worked diligently to keep our stores clean and properly sanitized, but in response to the current public health situation, we have increased our cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our stores. This includes more frequent and thorough cleaning, every hour, especially in areas that are touched more – with registered antimicrobial products for use against Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. We also have marked out areas to show proper social distancing for our customers. Finally, we do require our employees to wear masks at all times for safety measures, and we provide free masks and hand sanitizer for our guests if they need those items. We also offer Same Day Delivery and Curbside Pick-up services for contactless shopping.
