I have been going to Auto Doc for probably a year and a half what I like about the most is they never put anything on your car I try to sell you something you don't need and most the time they'll try to fix what you got without putting a new piece on it they're very good people they're always polite and they always take really good care of you and then on top of that they check on you and make sure everything is still okay your car is running fine so I don't know what else I can say about it I just think they're very honest and very pleasant people to deal with

Called them one evening and they got me in the next day.they did the work in about half a day.did a great job and were very polite.

This shop let me down. I needed my tires rotated and an inspection (for registration renewal). They sheared off a couple lug nuts and sent me home because they didn’t have the tool to fix it. I’ve been trying to reach them for 3 weeks to bring my car back to be fixed. I now have an expired registration, a car that won’t pass inspection because of broken lug nuts, and a mechanic that won’t call me back.

This company is so rude!!!! My step mom was trying to ask the dude some question he was treating her like a little kid!!!! Wouldn't even let her speak at all kept inturupting her hanging up on her!!! You don't treat customers like this at all you really need self respect before you run a dealership
