My experience here has been great. I've bought over 10 trees and shrubs and nearly 60 perennials for my new home over the last 2 years. Shopping other places doesn't really match the experience in my opinion. Pete, Scott and others have spent considerable time with me and my two year old walking through trees/shurbs making suggestions while I fight to make decisions. I haven't found other places to be as approachable and patient. Last week on a busy weekend morning another employee (Caroline?) sat, sketched and walk with me through designing a perennial flower garden which I knew nothing about. The pricing is less than others carrying the same quality. You may find some stuff that is 10% cheaper at Lowes only to realize you are getting half the size/health which happened to me this past week.
