I am very grateful to have a roof over my head, however this place is hell, while being here I've had to call the police multiple times for fights, weird encounters, and peeping toms. This place also has cockroaches, big ones and even tho my apartment is clean, everyone's around me isn't. This place has bed bugs, yes I know people will say "just get a new bed" then what? That one get infested too?. Please save yourself the trouble, it will be nice for a little. But after awhile people will start being rude. And another heads up. The landlords definitely picks on people, my balcony has bags of cans while everyone else's is full of toys, trash, and even washing machines that don't work, and yet she gets after us, but what about everyone else? Might add photos cus its that bad

Very helpful only proplem is the wait to get a apartment or housing takes ..,well slot of time months...but when you finally get to the front of the line it is worth it..

This is the main office for Section 8 in both Malheur and Harney Counties. Applications for the Section 8 program can be picked up here. They also have listings, although limited, for current rentals that accept Section 8 vouchers. The office for the Parkview Village Appartments, located next door, is also at this location.
