Yes, I'm a fan of Waffle House in general! This location: - convenient location - better staff than others - had a Strong Ammonia smell when we visited The food was good, of you're into Pecan Waffles. I am! Our service here was better than most Waffle House operations. I really wish I knew the lady's name who served us as she deserves recognition.

I haven't been to the Gallatin Waffle House in several years. It was going down hill with horrible employees and the place was dirty with roaches. I was pleasantly surprised today on June 30th, 2022 that the Gallatin Waffle House has dramatically improved to 100%! Our Waffle House is clea, the employees are wonderful! The waitress, Charlotte was so wonderful and great! She took in consideration I am diabetic and everything was taken care of. My waffle was delicious! Everyone should go to the Gallatin Waffle House, I had a great experience!

The restaurant was filthy and the staff was not much better. All of the tables needed to be busted and cleaned. The restaurant was empty and when I initially arrived a female waitress (younger white with brown hair) was standing outside appeared to be smoking. She then proceeded to walk inside coughing up a lung without even attempting to cover her mouth while she just looked at me observing her. As I sat in the restaurant after they had to clean a table she continued to cough and not once covering her mouth. The waitress then began to place her hand in her mouth while what appeared to rubbing a back tooth. She did this over and over while just looking in my direction. This was my first experience at this Waffle House location and my last. The waitress needs to find another career path.

Normally I love coming to this place but after the conversation I over heard in the parking lot between a staff worker and someone else I will not be coming back until she is gone. I didn't even go inside I just left. She was talking about how she loves having abortions and that killing babies was " super fun". She also mentioned how she never bathes and that is not good for a business, let alone a restaurant. She was short and had long blonde/ dirty blonde hair.
