Very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a rod and reel combo, before going on my camping trip, during the trip a piece of my reel fell in the river. Went in after i got back, the fishing section manager gave me 40% off a new reel die to the circumstance.

Buyer beware. Don’t buy your backpacking food here. We recently purchased our backpacking food here and over bought by 3 packages. When I brought in my receipt to return the items they said they won’t return food. It’s non-perishable freeze dried food, that’s been in my temperature controlled house and they won’t take back. It’s 2022. If easy returns are not the bedrock of brick and mortar stores they will disappear. Best of luck Sportsman’s. I’m not coming back.
