They took advantage of my daughter, when she had her car worked on. Said she needed a power steering pump, that didn't fix it. Now they say it's needing a power rack. They should have caught it when they did the pump. ASK THEM WHY THEY ARE IN COURT SO OFTEN.

We purchased my daughter's Chevy Sonic, even though we live in Nampa (my daughter liked the color...lol). There were a couple of issues that needed to be resolved; even though it took a bit longer and we ultimately had to go to Kendal's in Nampa to get part of the issues resolved, Jeremy stood behind their word and covered the cost of the work they agreed to. I wish all companies were this customer oriented and we are glad that we bought this car from Hanigans; we appreciate all of the people who helped us with this.
