Great Gym, worked out heat briefly for about a month while I was staying locally for business. They have a belt squat,and real deadlift jacks. For that alone they need 5 stars. It’s a lifters gym.

We do not offer those specific classes but they do sound fun! We do however offer a wide range of group classes including boot camps, high fitness, TaBooty Scult, Power Yoga, Deep Stretch, and Hustle Dance.

Kids can lift as ling as they can lift safely and follow the rules. Must be accompanied by a parent.
